How do I find out if my company is approved to display a banner at WGES?
Please send an email to WGESptaBANNERS@gmail.com with your business name. If possible, please send a link to your business's website or Facebook page so we can check it out and make sure it doesn't overlap with another business we have already partnered with.
How do I pay for my banner?
Click on the button below to submit a payment via credit card.
How long will my banner stay up?
Your banner will be displayed for the entirety of the school year, unless otherwise discussed.
How big is my banner?
2 feet tall by 4 feet long. All banners are horizontal.
How much does the banner cost me?
The production of your banner is included with your total fee.
What will my banner look like?
All banners will have a white background. We want your banner to represent your business! You will work directly with a member of the PTA to submit logos, pertinent information, as well as any other details you would like represented on your banner. You will have TWO rounds of free edits to make changes to your banner before it goes to print. Additional rounds will incur a $25 fee.
How long will it be before my banner is displayed?
Depending on your responsiveness to edits for your banner, it will take about 2-3 weeks from purchase to production and hanging of your banner.
Will I be the only banner for my business type?
The three sections we have available all have great visibility, but are also spaced out and represent different areas of traffic. We will be exclusive within each section by business type. Want to be the only one for your business type? Purchase all sections!
How do I update information or change something on my banner?
If you have contact information change or want to run a different special we can produce a new banner to take the spot of your old banner for $85. We would like to keep the banners looking professional and will not be able to write on or tape over any content on the banners. Thank you for understanding.
What do I need to do to get the reduced rate?
Commit to donating a breakfast, lunch or snack to our staff and teachers. Your company will receive thank you shout outs on our PTA and school social media pages as well as be able to send in literature to be given to the teachers. Teacher appreciation week is typically the end of April/beginning of May and our top priority to fill meals for, but we also have other opportunities to celebrate our staff with yummy goodies! If you don't own a restaurant or have a company you currently work with often, we have a list of catered ideas you can purchase for the staff.
